North County hauling questions, answered.
The things customers actually ask before booking a dumpster, a junk pickup, tree work, or a tear-out. Don't see yours? Call or text — a real person answers.
Dumpster rentals
What dumpster sizes do you offer?+
We run a range of roll-off dumpsters and driveway-friendly dump trailers, from single-room cleanout size up to containers built for construction and demolition jobs. Our lineup is being finalized, so rather than quote sizes here, tell us about your project — call or text (442) 271-2748 or request a quote online and we'll match the right container to the job.
How do I know how much will fit?+
The easiest way is to think in pickup-truck loads: picture how many truck beds your pile would fill, tell us that number, and we'll size the container from there. When in doubt we'll recommend going one size up — an extra bit of room costs far less than a second haul.
How long can I keep the dumpster?+
The rental window is set around your project, not a rigid calendar. If rain pushes your job back or the remodel runs long, extending is one phone call and our regulars will tell you we're easy about it. Agree on a window when you book and adjust as the project actually goes.
What's not allowed in the dumpster?+
Hazardous waste is the big one: wet paint, solvents, fuels, oils, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, and contaminated soil. Tires and refrigerant appliances (fridges, freezers, AC units) need special handling, so ask before loading them. If you're unsure about an item, ask — the answer is usually simple, and it avoids sorting fees from the disposal facility.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on the street?+
On your own driveway or property, no. In the public right-of-way — the street or the strip beside the curb — most North County cities require an encroachment permit, and the rules vary city by city. Driveway placement avoids the whole question, and we'll help you pick the best legal spot when you book.
Will the container damage my driveway?+
We place containers carefully and can set boards under the contact points on decorative concrete or pavers. For steep, gravel, or delicate driveways, a dump trailer is often the better tool — it's lighter and rides on its own wheels.
Junk removal
How fast can you pick up junk?+
Most jobs run same-day or next-day. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM to 8 PM, and Fallbrook and the surrounding towns are usually the quickest windows since that's home base.
How does junk removal pricing work?+
By volume — the space your items take up in the truck. Text a photo of the pile and we'll send back a flat, all-in price before any work starts. No fuel surcharges, no dump fees added at the end; the number we give is the number you pay.
Do you donate or recycle what you haul?+
Yes. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation, metal and e-waste get recycled, and only what's left goes to a licensed disposal facility. The landfill is the last resort, not the first stop.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?+
Not if the items are accessible — driveway, side yard, open garage — and we've confirmed the price with you by phone or text. Plenty of customers handle the whole job while they're at work.
Tree service
Does my tree need trimming or full removal?+
A healthy tree that's just overgrown usually only needs a good trim. Dead wood through the crown, a worsening lean, fungus at the base, or roots lifting concrete point toward removal. We'll look at it in person and give you an honest read — we don't push removals a tree doesn't need.
Do you grind stumps?+
Stump grinding can usually be arranged as part of a removal. Mention it when you book and we'll fold it into the plan and the quote so everything wraps in one visit.
Do you haul away the branches and green waste?+
Always — it's included, not an add-on. Fronds, branches, and brush leave on our trailer the same day, and the yard gets raked and swept before we go.
Demolition
What kinds of demolition do you handle?+
Interior tear-outs (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall), decks and patio covers, sheds and small outbuildings, fences, and concrete flatwork — always with the debris hauled off and the site left broom-clean. Whole-structure demolition is case-by-case: walk us through it and we'll either take it on or tell you straight who should.
Do I need a permit for demolition work?+
Interior, non-structural tear-outs usually don't need one. Removing structures or anything load-bearing can, depending on your city. Permits are the property owner's responsibility, but we'll tell you during the walkthrough what typically triggers one — and anything near buried lines means calling 811 before digging.
Scheduling, service area & payment
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Fallbrook and run trucks across North San Diego County — Bonsall, Rainbow, Valley Center, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad — and into Southwest Riverside County, including Temecula, Murrieta, and Wildomar. If you're near any of those, you're in our area.
How do I get a quote?+
Three ways: text a photo of the job to (442) 271-2748 (fastest), call and describe it, or fill out the quote form on this site. Photos get you a flat number quickest because we can see the volume and the access.
Do you work weekends?+
Every week. We run 7 days a week, 7 AM to 8 PM, and weekends are some of our busiest days — book a day or two ahead if your project is date-locked.
When and how do I pay?+
Dumpster rentals are paid upfront, before the container is dropped off. Everything else — junk removal, tree service, demolition, and cleanouts — starts with a free estimate, and you're billed after the job is completed, once you've seen the finished work. No deposits.
Still deciding? The fastest answer is a photo of the job — text it to us or request a free quote and we'll take it from there.
